• Have your patents been granted by the U.S. PTO?
• Have you been granted an FDA 510(k) or cleared an FDA Phase I clinical trial successfully?
• Does your management have significant and relevant business experience?
• Have you raised more than $500,000?
• Do you have corporate partner interest?
